Reservations

A reservation request sent through this website or by email is not confirmed until our reservations team replies with a confirmation number and a rate. Rates are quoted per room, per night, and include breakfast only where the confirmation says so. Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us at once if anything is wrong.

Payment and deposits

We ask for a payment card to guarantee each reservation. Nothing is charged until arrival unless you have chosen a prepaid rate. On arrival, a hold is placed on your card for incidental charges such as dining, spa treatments and parking, and released after check-out.

Changes and cancellations

Most reservations may be changed or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Later cancellations, and guests who do not arrive, are charged for the first night. Prepaid rates and group bookings have their own terms, which are set out in the confirmation.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are ready from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge, which we will always tell you about in advance.

Conduct

We want every guest to feel at home, which means respecting other guests and our team. The hotel is entirely smoke free. We may ask anyone whose behavior disturbs others to leave the hotel, and damage to rooms or furnishings may be charged to the guest responsible.

The Gold Room

Entry to the Gold Room is limited to adults of legal gaming age with valid photo ID, and the house rules displayed at each table apply. The hotel may refuse entry at its discretion. Guests who have asked to be excluded from the gaming floor will not be admitted for the period they have chosen.

Belongings and liability

Every room has a safe, and the front desk can store larger valuables. While we take great care, the hotel is not responsible for items left unattended in public areas. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.
